Media Arts at the Elementary Level

Media Arts is a key part of our magnet focus. In our program, elementary students learn how to:

• Create digital art and illustrations

• Produce short videos and animations

• Record and edit sound and music

• Tell interactive stories using digital tools

• Collaborate on multimedia projects

These experiences help students build confidence, think critically, communicate effectively, and express themselves in meaningful ways—all while developing digital literacy and creativity.

 

Collaboration Across the Curriculum

Our credentialed specialists in visual art, vocal music, orchestra, theater, dance, and computer science work closely with classroom teachers. Together, they design projects that support academic standards while engaging students in hands-on, creative learning.
