Dear Mustang Families,
I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the end of the school year, we ask that all students continue coming to school every day so we can finish the year strong together.
Please note that there was an error on the May/June School Events Calendar regarding the dismissal time for the last day of school. The last day of school is Wednesday, June 10, and dismissal will be at 12:48 p.m. as it is a minimum day. Report cards will also be distributed on this day, so please make every effort to have your child attend school.
We are also inviting all students and their families to our School Beautification Day on Saturday, June 6, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please see the attached flyer to sign up. We would greatly appreciate your help in cleaning and beautifying our campus as we work together to create a better learning environment for everyone.
Please also see the attached flyer for the Mayall Meet & Greet, scheduled for Thursday, August 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In addition, Mayall Academy will serve as a voting center from May 30 through June 2. Traffic around the school may be heavier than usual during arrival and dismissal times. Please plan to leave home a few minutes earlier to avoid delays.
